   He's written a hilarious, heartwarming care giving book, "God Would you Hire ME?" "I Already Have."® For three years he took care of his lively 89 year old aunt.     Robert Kutchera had an award-winning career during a decade in advertising sales and marketing.  As a business owner, his sound studio helped clients win 48 broadcasting awards. He also knew what it meant to meet a payroll.

    Robert Kutchera's Interpersonal Communication and Wellness/Productivity Programs have been independently measured and quantified in some of the most critical workplace and business environments today.  Moreover he knows, from a psychological, learning perspective, how individuals receive, process, remember and benefit from solution-driven information.    

•  Clinical Testing; Funding Support:  Robert Kutchera's concepts through research were reviewed and approved by the Hospital Medical Administration and the Director of Adjunctive Therapy, Margaret Holland. His programs were also awarded funding through a Federal Title One Grant from The Department of Heath, Education & Welfare. With that, he was able to bring on a staff (3) for two years at a teaching psychiatric hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. It was the beginning of Cognitive Humor Prosperity®  and  Irresistible Communication™.  Part of the implementation process of interactive humor coping skills with depressed patients, taught him something grand: Patient humor, when encouraged, was outrageous-and illuminating.  

• Broadcast Marketing Surveys:  During the successful year he was on two AM radio stations in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Metro Area, Robert also received requests to appear on other radio shows as a guest in the same market. The demand for his honest wit and workplace stories was high, as were ratings.  When sponsors moved the show to another AM network-on early Sunday morning-the show died.  Robert quickly adds,  "At least I got to sleep later on weekends..." 

• Cruise Ship Comment Cards:  Robert Kutchera was reviewed by every passenger that was in his audience and off stage, for nine years.  He, and later his staff were given high marks in this critical process. All passengers on ships are requested (with prize incentives), to check off their cruise experiences on comment cards.  All to the good.

Professional Health Care Expertise:  

    He understands the challenges and life of health professionals. As a Psychiatric Adjunctive Therapist, Robert taught and supported 200 short-term psychiatric patients for four years in a teaching hospital.  That work received an H.E.W. Title One federal funding grant for his interpersonal communication/humor programs.  That was followed by an additional year assisting in the operating room of a regional medical center. He's home-cared for two relatives separately for 11 years. 

     In the past two decades, he's consulted and presented workplace communication and wellness programs for nursing facilities, ALF's and major home care organizations in the U.S.  His health care articles and programs are excerpted on this site.  Robert has a bilingual diversity/wellness column on workplace communication and wellness. 

        His optimism, profound sensitivity for the success and wellness of care givers, care receivers, administrators and health care professionals comes from what helps them cope and laugh for balance.  He has an extraordinary gift.     

Business Development  & Creative Work

     It's been a lifetime observing human nature and behavior.  Who survives, who succeeds.  And how the undeniable power of humor transforms our lives.   

    Robert Kutchera received the coveted AAF Silver Medal Award For Creative Excellence In Advertising from The American Advertising Federation. He's written, produced and emceed national franchisee and sales meetings in the United States plus co-produced meetings in Puerto Rico and Mexico.  Back home, he lead a successful statewide sales team of 60 in the middle of the '91 recession.  He's authored adventure screenplays, and has a regional bilingual business column on diversity. 

    For two years, Robert's lively radio program,"The Lighter Side Of Business Life.",  was on Irresistible Communication™ and prosperous wellness. The occasional co-host was played by a Russian comedienne with a Cuban accent, who acted a bit unhinged.  She played the 'Russian KGB Workplace Wellness Representative'. Adds Robert, "She was buckets of crazy, tri-lingual funny"  Then Robert's Cognitive Humor kicked in, giving listeners quick-clever answers. "I can run with this solution." said a caller. "Right NOW." 

    He's appeared occasionally on PBS and NPR, also to fundraise.  Robert has an additional B.A. in Political Science from the University of Memphis.  There he studied graduate creative writing under best-selling author Jesse Hill Ford.  While in college, he taught language skills in a private elementary school.  

     As an American teenager studying abroad, he escaped a Communist revolution.  It took more than a year to get back to America.  He'd seen firing squads and families who didn't act, loose everything and friends disappear.  It taught him to choose action and value speaking up.  And that there is powerful safety in humor.

   For nine years as a Multi-Lingual Cruise Director, Robert lived and interacted with audiences 24/7 from across America and around the world.  Not many speakers can say that. He entertained and lectured to more than 260,000 passengers in English, Spanish and some German.  Their feedback was invaluable for his later speaking career.  

    As an aspiring writer he was intrigued...a ship full of characters.  He listened intently to professors, politicians, doctors, H.R. managers, retirees, foreign CEO's, authors, sorta celebrities and everyday people on vacation.  Gaining access that would have been impossible on land.  He heard their life stories and how they overcame adversity in remarkable ways.  And learning that we all laugh in the same language. 

    Behind the scenes, he lived and worked with more than 30 nationalities.  During those years, he experienced their intriguing customs, long-distance hardships and work disagreements.  Gaining a unique knowledge of diversity team solutions and human nature few if any speakers have ever had. 

    Concludes Robert, "When you listen to different people, it's an unbeatable destination. You get the right answers. Even in stressful, fast-paced jobs. Just like today."  Within a decade, Robert had acquired a global workplace education, real time. He calls it his 'Harvard M.B.A. at Sea'.
